You can use FSE (Full Site Editing) in themes that support FSE. When your theme is supported you can edit the complete frontend, including header, navigation and footer of your website. It gives you a more WYSIWYG experience.
The new official WordPress theme is included in the update. The theme demonstrates the new FSE editing mode.
With the new WordPress release you get 10 new Gutenberg blocks and site-wide styles.
